- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted in case of:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Size or stitching issue (in stitched orders)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or made-to-order stitched products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued in case of a wrong or defective item.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
