• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns are only accepted in case of:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Size or stitching issue (in stitched orders)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order stitched products
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued in case of a wrong or defective item.
• Refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
